Fabio Capello was at his desk Monday on his first day of work as England's soccer coach, and Sepp Blatter already was upset. Capello wasn't griping about the crowded international calendar or complaining to the FIFA president about clubs exerting too much influence on national teams. Blatter's problem was far more fundamental: Capello wasn't English.
